Chat and Screen Content Data: To provide AI-generated replies, the Service dynamically reads the text of active chat conversations on your screen from supported third-party messaging applications (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Discord) when you activate the floating icon.

On-Device Reading: This text is read in real-time using Android Accessibility Services or screen-parsing APIs strictly while the application interface is active and the user initiates a request.
No Permanent Storage: We do not save, log, or permanently store the content of your personal chat messages on our servers. The chat data is processed in volatile memory (RAM) solely to generate the AI response and is discarded immediately after processing.

Android Permissions We Request To deliver our floating interface and contextual replies, the App requires the following permissions:
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Display over other apps): Used to display the floating "Wingman" icon over your chat apps so you can access AI replies without leaving your current conversation.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: Required to keep the background listener active while you are switching between chats, ensuring the floating assistant remains responsive and can process AI text requests seamlessly.

Social Media Registration Data

If You choose to register or log in using a third-party social media account (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter), We will collect the profile information provided to Us by Your social media provider, which may include Your name, email address, and profile picture.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons, tags, and scripts) to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about You permits Us to provide You with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, We may use information collected about You to:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Processing:

When you request a reply recommendation, the immediate chat context (the text on your screen) is securely transmitted via encrypted API endpoints to third-party AI processors (including but not limited to Groq API, Google Gemini API, and OpenAI ChatGPT API).

No AI Model Training: We utilize commercial, enterprise-grade API licenses with these third parties. Your chat data is transmitted strictly for real-time inference (generating the response) and is not used by us or these third-party providers to train or improve public AI models.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information We have collected about You in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

By Law or to Protect Rights: If We believe the release of information about You is necessary to respond to legal process, investigate or remedy potential violations of Our policies, or protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. You can opt-out of having your activity available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
